We currently do not pickup at Mesa Gateway Airport due to contracts with existing companies, but it is something we are working on and hope to have in place in the near future. We do drop off customers at Mesa Gateway though!

We currently do not. We are focusing Tru Limo AZ on Town Cars and luxury SUV’s. We are working on building up partnerships with other limo companies to offer an expanded service but we don’t have anything in place at this time.
Yes we do, it fits 6 passengers. We can also double up a van and cab (2 fares apply). Tru Cab currently does not have a vehicle that holds more than 6 people (though we plan on it soon so please consider us next time!)

First thing, all of Tru Cab’s vehicles are red. We get calls every Saturday and Sunday morning about missing items but the cab was green, white, yellow or blue but rarely red. Our drivers are trained to make sure you don’t forget your belongings, but on a busy night things happen.
The more descriptive you are the better, if you can remember the date and time of your ride, cab number and/or driver name, those are all things that can help us track down your missing item. Call us at (480) 300-5000 if you still think there is something you left in a cab.

Great question, please contact us via email or phone and can discuss your party size, how many people may need rides and how many cabs we need to dedicate to your event. We have many options to chose from including a flat rate to cover unlimited transportation by the hour, partial payment, a flat rate between your venue and a specific hotel or group of hotels or having your guests pay for the ride themselves.
We are very flexible and will find a solution that works best for your event!

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer that as a service, but we are saving up for a wheelchair accessible van and hope to have one available by 2014.

Basically it’s cheaper to take a shuttle because you’re sharing the ride with many people and having to leave on someone else’s schedule. In a cab or sedan, it’s just you.
Once you factor in gas, a private ride, no stops, the drivers time, door to door service and pickup on your schedule, it’s worth the extra amount you would have to pay over a shuttle. Plus, if you go before 9:00 am, you get free coffee and donuts! We’ll even let you select the music on the radio!
As long as it’s before 9:00 am and an advance reservation, yes!
With an advance reservation we will pick anybody up in the Phoenix metro area, from Maricopa to the South, Florence to the East, Surprise and Buckeye to the West and Anthem to the North. If you are in Scottsdale, Tempe, the East Valley or Central Phoenix, we typically have cabs we can send out immediately*

Yes, we accept all forms of credit cards via the Square app. Just swipe your card, sign on the screen with your finger and enter how much you would like to tip. Also, get a receipt emailed or text to you instantly!
